I wasn’t expecting too much when I ordered it, but once it arrived and I actually got it in my hands, I could tell right away it was built well. I’ve used it a few times now, and it just feels sturdy and reliable. i’m glad I went for it, definitely feels worth the money.

"Nice items, but support felt a bit slow"
I ordered from acnestudios and ended up needing to contact customer support about my delivery. To be fair, they did get back to me and they were polite, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly. It just felt like there were a couple of days between replies, which was a little frustrating. Maybe they were dealing with a lot of orders or short-staffed at the time, I’m not sure, but for the price of the items I expected things to move a bit faster. My issue was sorted in the end, so I’d probably shop there again, but I’d definitely hope the customer service is quicker next time.

So, I returned a jacket and, i got my refund in like 3 days. There was no chasing anyone, no weird delays, nothing annoying like that. It was just really easy, so yeah, I’m happy with the whole experience.

The return label was confusing, and it feels like that was totally preventable. My refund also took ages to come through. Customer service did reply, but they weren’t very helpful, so the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"The Beige Actually Looked Like the Photos"
I ordered this sweater after staring at the beige color online for way too long, trying to decide if it was going to show up looking totally different in person. You know how some product photos have that filtered look and then the real thing is a whole other shade? Luckily, when it arrived, the color matched the site pictures really well. No weird surprise, no odd tone, just the beige I was hoping for. I was relieved and really happy with it.

"Good experience, but the perks matter"
I’ve ordered from Acne Studios a few times now and the loyalty perks are decent. I got a promo code on my last order, which helped because the prices definitely aren’t cheap. Checkout was smooth and delivery was fine too, so overall I’ve been happy. That said, the discounts and little perks are kind of what keep me coming back, if those disappeared, I’d probably start looking elsewhere.

I ordered a jacket from acnestudios.com and I was a little nervous since it was NOT cheap. But the tracking came through quickly, and the delivery updates were normal the whole time. It showed up exactly on the day they said it would, with no weird delays or missing info. The box was in good shape too. Overall, super simple and solid experience — I’d definitely order again.

"Taxes Made the Whole Thing a Bit of a Hassle"
The overall experience was fine, but the taxes were kind of annoying and ended up being the part that stuck with me the most. I know taxes are just one of those things you have to deal with, and it’s not exactly anyone’s favorite part of the process, but it still felt a little frustrating when everything was said and done. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just one of those extra irritating details that made the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be.

I ordered on Monday and actually got the dispatch email the same day, which I wasn’t expecting at all. I figured it would take longer, so I kind of regret not placing the order earlier. i mean, Acne Studios definitely has that cool, unique look, and I do like how clean and modern some of the pieces feel. I enjoy browsing their site because the designs stand out, but a lot of the fits can be a little too oversized or unusual for my everyday style. It’s the kind of brand I like looking at, even if I don’t always find something I’d actually wear.
